NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. So we had 20 family members booked for a birthday which was reserved a few weeks back, and phoned 10 minutes before our reservation to ask if we can BYO spirits. Only to be told it is wine only, after we had a specific message from the restaurant that you can BYO alcohol from weeks back. We didn’t mind if we couldn’t BYO spirits but generally BYO means beer and wine also. Anyway, the person on the phone with an attitude asked if we wanted to cancel our booking, we said no we are 5 minutes away as she proceeded to hang up on us. When arriving at the restaurant, we looked around and thought where are we going to sit? When asking for our reservation we got a “we thought you cancelled your booking”. No we hadn’t. “The lady said you cancelled your booking”. No we didn’t. It took about 5 minutes for me to realise this restaurant is chaotic, the staff are rude and they in fact never had tables lined up for us in the first place. That explains why someone would ask if you wanted to cancel your 20 person booking. The even more sad thing was, someone came in at the same time as us for their “20 person reservation”. So this restaurant had now 40 people to seat and no seats. Coming from someone who is Vietnamese I’ve never known Vietnamese staff to be so rude and condescending. When people have reservations you TURN BUSINESS AWAY you do not try and cater for walk ins when you have reservations. The staff were unhelpful and ruined a birthday, thankfully we thought quick that we did not want to wait here nor give our money to the rudest people I’ve ever met in hospitality - so we called a Chinese Restaurant across the road who catered for us, set tables up large enough for our families to sit together and gave us amazing service all night. Avoid this place, I cannot stress enough how disgustingly rude...
Read moreThe presentation was ok of the meals and other tables around. Got seated at a table that was just wiped dry and smelt like old wet cloth, while some tables lay there empty with dirty plates still left on them. A licenced bar with Coke Cola, but no diet or zero, a fresh coconut water with fresh kernal in a glass with more than 75% ice. The wait staff on the floor was new and was not aware of their menu or products as he went several times to the bar to ask the only other guy on the floor any questions. We waited over 40 mins for a rice dish and a soup noodle dish (believe the order was not sent through) before we asked about our meals as 3 tables long after us got served first. Then our meals came 10 min apart. My rice dish came out was totally wrong although it looked nice. A cook was delivering meals all this time since they were under staffed (the 2 wait staff did work well and hard). The cook apologised for the delay and that was ok. Began to eat the meal and then decided to called the waiter and explained to him that this meal was wrong and he said no it was the right one. To that I stated that it was ment to have chicken and chopped salted fish in it not chopped Chinese pork sausage meat, chopped pork crackle and 2 big prawns on it. He said the chicken was probably chopped fine, to his I didn't wanted to argue any more and cause a scene as people began to look. When paying I told him that if shell fish didnt agree with me and if pork was against my beliefs there would have been a serious problem, as I ordered a Chicken and Salted fish fried rice only with some chilly (which didn't come) in it. After that I Got 1 apology say I am very sorry, will inform the kitchen and 10% off. A bad experience...

The fried rice was served at room temperature instead of being hot. No one expects lukewarm fried rice at a restaurant.
I asked the waitress how many pork chops came with a dish priced at $24. She vaguely said, "More than two," and assured me it was a big portion. Based on her response, I decided to order it. However, when the dish arrived, it contained exactly three pieces. Why couldn’t she simply tell me the correct number upfront?
The restaurant has a promotion from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, offering a 10% discount. We arrived at 2:50 PM and decided to wait until 3:00 to place our order. However, the waitress told us we had to leave the restaurant and return after 3:00 PM to qualify for the discount. That policy is absolutely unreasonable.
According the promotion on their board outside stated that free soft drinks were included for diners from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. When I asked if our order qualified, the waitress said "No!" apparently, the free drinks were only for customers spending $55 per person. That price is ridiculous! We spent totally $60 for 2person. If it's asking for $55 for a soft drinks, I could enjoy a lunch buffet elsewhere.
The restaurant uses a QR code system and robots for ordering and food delivery. However, the QR code did not work properly, forcing us to go to the counter to place our order.
Overall, the misleading information from the staff and the poor service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend...
