Blue Heron Cafe — Restaurant in Moruya

Took an hour to cook the food, they didn’t have any soup, they delivered our food to the wrong table, only gave us one of the meals even though we ordered two then proceeded to shout at us. Forgot to make two of the dishes, when asked about it they made the wrong meal, twice. You pay first while ordering so we ended up leaving without the meal we payed for because we had already waited for 1:30 hours. People at the till had no idea what they were serving nor making, and were unable to describe the meals more than “it’s noodles with some chicken” not even able to describe the thickness of the noodles. There were people who walked in 30 minutes after us and still got served prior. Tables were dirty and chairs all scratched and chipping away. I'd give minus stars if I could. I should have known better and I should have walked out when the lady cooking was coughing and spluttering all over the place while I was ordering my food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a cheese egg and tomato pastry. When it came out the pastry was raw and the egg was too. I was going to leave it but it wasn't the cheapest so I let them know. They said that they could swap it out for a croissant which I was happy to do. Then they came back to my table and said that they weren't going to swap it or refund it. Absolute worst customer service and absolutely putrid food. Will never be back and wouldn't recommend...

We ordered two coffees and two rolls to take away . Coffees came within 5 minutes. Then waited 20 minutes for the rolls. The shop was not busy, the two staff at the front were just joking about with themselves. After 20 minutes I asked had the forgotten my order, it's on its way I was told then one of the two staff from the front went and made them, by this time the coffees were cold, and I asked for fresh coffees I was told no but they would microwave them for me. I reiterate the shop was almost empty. I will never go back there again, the service is atrocious.microwaved coffee...
