I'm quite sure they are usually better than 3 stars, but as this was our first time here today, it was a little disappointing. Neither of us liked the coffee, (my partner tipped theirs out after a couple of sips), but it's probably because of the Woolworths soy milk they used. I think normally they use Bonsoy because I saw a few cartons on their shelf. But the carton the girl used was Woolworths brand. Woolworths and Coles soy milk taste awful in coffee to me. Bonsoy is usually delicious. Also a pie we bought was really dry. It was chicken but the chicken was dark, stringy, dry and tasteless and there was no gravy, assuming there was supposed to be gravy. Read moreSmall selection but very french. The owner is honest and runs an honest business. Not a place for cheap aussie white bread and typical aussie bakery fare. Everything is a bit run down and dusty. I found some of the food to feel at least a day old. And if that's the case they should warm the croissants to reinvigorate the crunch. The flans in the display had old age (like me) cracks and dried skin. I would say the almond croissants were bought in for they were the generic almond croissants you can find across the globe...I think they are only made in one place...
