Absolute joke. Even if you put in the notes “please actually put the extra vegetables I paid for” they still don’t. I didn’t pay for extra vegetables for fun. I paid for them so I don’t pay $20 for dry noodles.
On the very rare occasion, you do get what you paid for. I’m talking 1 out of every 10 orders, it’s like a Christmas treat when you get a wholesome bowl of noods made with love.

Comes with: plant-based protein with egg, bean shoots, carrot, broccoli, green peas, spring onions and soy sauce, wok-charred until fluffy and golden. Dish contains egg option to remove - yes, I opted out of egg.
Paid extra for: snow peas and extra broccoli.
What I got? Snow peas, peas, bean shoots, maybe 2 or 3 pieces of protein and rice.
My partner and I normally do a create your own with noodles and 8 selections of vegetables, meaning we pay for the extra 3 options of vegetables because it comes standard with up to 5, we always include double of broccoli because they always seem to forget it and we are lucky if we find 3 pieces of the smallest broccoli crumb. It’s guaranteed that they’ll miss 2 or 3 of the vegetable selections. This is standard even if you choose something off the menu or a create your own.

Sorted out meals and when arrived home found noodles had prawns and crab meat mixed in when we specifically ordered GF vegan noodles. Drive back (30 minute drive) and as the same lady served us we explained that it wasnt what we ordered. Wanted refund as we were turned off and she denied a refund and insisted to make new meals to match our order. Super dissapointed as apparently its 'store policy' to not give refund but to recook meals if unsatisfied. There were no written signage to say no refunds. Unacceptable. Never going back and will be telling friends and family about this experience. A place of hospitality, if customers receive wrong order or unsatisfied it should always be an option to refund money. Not happy at all. Very poor...

They put all the weight in the base eg noodles or rice then add one or two pieces of vegetables or protein. Leaving you with a bowl of plain noodles. So I figured if I pay extra to get some vegetables fine that's OK even though I shouldn't have too. But everytime I pay an extra 2.50 for extra brocolli I get a maximum of 2 pieces in the box. Now I have asked them several times to put the extras I'm paying to be put in and they seem too not care. They need to adjust the way they weigh there food items because it literally is a noodle box with nothing else added.
