We have come to this place twice and during both services, the food was absolutely superb. The Massaman beef curry was phenomenal as the beef was super tender whilst the curry was very creamy and sweet. We also tried the deep fried barramundi with the choo chee sauce and three flavours sauce which both tasted really nice. The choo chee sauce tasted quite similar to the Massaman curry while the three flavours sauce resembled what’d you taste in a Chinese sweet and sour fish. The roasted duck curry was also pretty nice as the ducks were cut thinly with the fat of it melting in your mouth. We did find however that the salt and pepper pork belly was a bit too chewy and salty which became the last dish to be finished. The dessert was also quite underwhelming as the sticky rice we ordered only came with vanilla ice cream which did not complement each other very well compared to other Thai restaurants that use coconut or jackfruit flavoured ice cream. Overall, a very nice dinner and lunch experience.

A new Thai restaurant offering some really tasty food. We tried the curry puffs that had a light and almost flakey pastry and a mild vegetarian filling; the rich, creamy, spicy, savoury and sweet red duck curry with meaty slices of duck and pieces of lychee and pineapple and some vegetables; the flavour and texture burst dish of salt and pepper roasted pork belly; and a reliable but almost relatively bland with drier chicken breast chicken pad thai. Overall, we were happy with the meal being big on flavour for quite reasonable prices. Service was friendly, the venue was clean and comfortable, but note that they are not licensed and so BYO. Also, bring cash to avoid the card fee.

Overall : good. We had several dishes and enjoyed them all. There is definitely good chilly present. The one that makes your scalp sweat but I didn’t see any peanuts anywhere. Maybe pad Thai but if there were there we missed them. My fav thing was the sauce that came with pork skewers- loved it. The red duck curry was great too. The duck itself was Smokey and roasted really good. We were hoping to swap our local Thai place ( which was ploy Thai in Maryland’s ) for this one but not there yet. Would love if you sold stuffed chicken wings too but that’s up to you really. Not licensed so byo. Closest bottle shop is 50m away next to queens tavern.

Very disappointed by the food. We had the choo chee beef, the pork belly prik something or another and the tamarind prawns. In general, the chefs DO NOT understand subtleness. The food was too sweet and the tamarind dish was too sour.

The choo chee beef dish was the biggest disappointment. It was supposes to be GRILLED rump served in choo chee sauce. The dish that came out were just slices of GREY roast beef drowned in some sort of red curry sauce. It looked like a dog's breakfast. That dish has so much potential. They could have actually grilled the rump to medium rare and significantly reduced the sauce to highlight both the beef and sauce. I would be more than happy to show them in their kitchen how a dish like that should be cooked...
