Old speak — Restaurant in Mount Lawley

This placed used to be good until it changed owners. I've sent text messages multiple times to make sure my coffee order was received before I get there and each time I've got there, they haven't checked the phone. Then when I've gone to pay with my phone their machine hasn't worked. Today they got my message (surprise) but again a payment couldn't be taken. After I said it's not your fault but this happens all the time, I was told it's my phone and the case etc (even though I use my phone everywhere else with no problem) I calmy matter of factly told them I won't be coming back to which the owner quipped "with an attitude like that don't worry about it." The owner is a friendly guy and really passionate about a good coffee and the passion shows!

Not just the usual line up, they do stuff you hardly see like coffee and tonic with a bit of citrus to add to the flavour! A little weird if you don't know what tonic coffee is, but well executed none the less

I've had the tonic coffee, an iced latte, and a soy long macchiato from them and they haven't messed up yet.

Iced lattes can easily be average but their blend and portion was really well balanced.

Soy long macchiatos are easily burnt due to the lower temping point with the soy milk. This is my go-to coffee to test coffee shops as so many fail. At this point, Nexus is the only reliable shop in perth that i have tried recently for this.

Stumbled upon this gem by pure chance and enjoyed not one but TWO fantastic cappuccinos. Coffee super smooth with a bold enough taste to not make it boring and best of all, the owner Lewis came out to have a brilliant chat to me about coffee, how he got into it, the selection process he goes through and really just a thoroughly enjoyable conversation and experience. Luis gave me a taste of their cold brew and I'm so sold. I'll be definitely going back there. So in summary, a fantastic coffee spot serving top top notch coffee with incredible folks...
