Ordered food at 7:30, called at 8:25 because it had been almost a hour. Alex who is the manager answered the phone and said "we are busy and you know that we are busy" and hung up the phone. Called another 30 mins later because still nothing and she said "the driver came and he called and knocked" the driver didn't knock but did call. I told her that and she said "i don't believe you, I believe the driver" i asked her for a refund and she refused so i said we will come into the store then. We went in and she was hiding behind the counter and made Alan talk to us instead (Alan was amazing and deserves a promotion) but they refused to give us a refund and that it had to be processed online. We purchase from this store regularly and seem to consistently have problems. Alex definitely should not be in management as she is extremely rude and was not helpful one bit. We where polite at first until she started to get extremely hostile. We literally spend hundreds at dominos as we do love the food but we will never be coming back as this was absolutely appalling. I work in customer service and am a manager myself and i would never in my dreams treat a customer this way. I have autism too so this has really rocked me. So...
Read moreordered $73.50 worth of pizza on 22/12 from the Mount Louisa store and it was only supposed to take 25 mins. We rang the store after 1 hour and was told sorry the order was made incorrectly and it would still be another 30 mins and when I got upset about the length of time was informed that I would receive a full refund. I called the store again on 27/12 following up on the refund and was told it was processed and would take up to 10 business days from 22/12, I called the store again today - 15/01 and was extremely frustrated and upset when I was told by the duty manager that I would need to call the head office to arrange the refund and then I said I was told by the Mount Louisa store on 27/12 that it was already processed. I asked for a call back by the store manager ASAP today - it is now 8.35pm on 15/1 and still have not received a phone call and no refund has hit my account.
To say I am beyond annoyed by the incompetence of the Mount Louisa store is an understatement. If I do not receive the full refund into my account within 24 hours, I will be going further with this as it’s not the only issue we have had with the Mount...
Read moreEvery single time we come through and order straight to the car they always ignore it and instead wait for us to go in and grab it. I always order after an 8 hour shift so my feet hurt, I’m tried and just all over sore. My partner also has been diagnosed with severe anxiety so he has trouble in social situations. Tonight though, we park straight in front of the store and everyone obviously sees us as I made eye contact with multiple times with multiple of the workers. After 30 minutes of waiting I go in to see what’s taking so long and they have my order, they just didn’t bring it out to us. I understand sometimes things don’t go through the system properly but if you have a car sitting right in front of your store for 30 minutes maybe ask the car if they’re waiting on anything. It’s what I had to do when working in fast food for 4 years and what I have to do in my current job now in retail.
