Spent $28 on a pizza here and asked for tomato instead of BBQ sauce. I state this clearly at every pizza shop I visit as I don’t like BBQ sauce. After waiting almost an hour for this pizza to be ready, they put bbq sauce in. It happens to me on occasion, but when I mentioned this the lady at the front was rude to me and angry that I didn’t just take it with the wrong sauce. The chef was also angry and losing his temper with me before he started making another one. The lady then said it would be another 10 minutes, but as I was watching how angry the chef was whist starting to re-make the pizza, I just asked for my money back. The chef flipped out again and the lady was making disrespectful remarks about where I’ll eat instead. Service was fine, staff were friendly, the place looked clean but the quality of the pizza was very poor. We had a Hawaiian and a pepperoni, both seemed to have poor quality toppings (not sure if this is the case or not) and the base, particularly on the large pizza, was very thin and crispy, meaning that it snapped off and crunched more like a cracker than a pizza base.
