Stopped in at the pub this morning to buy a bottle of water. A female staff member asked me to sign in with my phone. I had never done this before and needed her help. She presented quiet aggressive towards me. I was having difficulty getting my phone to work. She then mumbled at me “ I haven’t got time for this” in an an aggressive tone. I responded “excuse me, what did u say?” She repeated her words and stormed off. I responded “how rude”. She said “no wonder”. All because I wanted to make a purchase. Read moreThis is a great venue for Ngara Institute which attracts a huge following to the monthly meetings with guest speakers of renown but the kitchen staff are incredibly noisy- lots of loud laughter and conversation- that a quieter venue could possibly be needed. Despite at least six requests from patrons to please be quieter, they continued unabated and finished the night by hosing down the kitchen with great gusto after much crashing of pots and crockery..
