Absolutely disgusted with my most recent visit here. Queried why I was receiving a small drink with a large meal. The girl at the desk shrugged her shoulders. I asked her could she find out. She came back and advised that I had to move up to the next window and handed me my food. I opened the bag to check my order and found that I was missing chips so handed the bag back. In the mean time a girl, Sophia who I can only describe as having the biggest chip on her shoulder arrived at the window with the words ‘you were told to move to the next window, here’s your receipt’. All whilst rolling her eyes. I am 40 years of age and can honestly say that I have never encountered such bad service at a MacDonalds. I then looked again at the bag I was given and the two sauces I was charged for were also not in the bag. I advise Sophia of this and again she rolled her eyes to heaven, walked off and practically threw the sauces at me. From her attitude I feel Sophia needs to look at other job options as she is certainly not customer friendly. Read moreWas really happy to hear they were coming to Mundaring finally! But has only proven disappointing. Burgers constantly made wrong (missing a whole pattie), missing items like fries extra cheeseburgers etc.
I will say for the first time I had enough and called, the manager so actually super empathetic and understanding. They offered what compensation they could.
But to the real people in charge: You have installed digital ordering, inside your restaurants and now online. With this you have reduced you outgoings in labour by reducing the amount of staff you need. WRONG DIRECTION!!!! Maybe you should install a QC who literally stand there and inspect each meal to confirm they're correct before the customer receives them. Imagine if no more meals/orders went out wrong? Imagine every customer being happy with their product? You really don't want to be the next Telstra......

It was near me, but as soon as they realized that they had forgotten it, they went and got it as quickly as they could and apologized to me for the failure to do so. This was a very quick service, especially since there were a lot of people in the place at the same time. Because it was a public holiday, there would have been a lot of people in the place at once. In the room, there was a lot of furniture that seemed to be slightly falling apart, but it was still in good condition. Even though it was still usable for sitting on and eating food at the table, it could still be used. Despite the busy Monday public holiday, there were mostly clean tables and chairs, and most of the servers were pleasant, especially since I got table service. It was all delivered to me very quickly and at the time I wanted it. We didn't seem to be given much priority when it came to the drive-thru.
