This is my local KFC (I live in Stoneville) and I go to Midland now to get KFC (45 minute drive round trip vs 10) That’s how bad this place is. The drive thru is one of the worst I’ve ever come across, which is forgivable, but the customer service is the absolute WORST! The kids that “work” there go out of their way to turn their back on you and pretend that you aren’t there. The only time they will acknowledge anyone is when one of their school friends walks in. When you finally do get there attention and deal with the obligatory teenage sigh and eye roll, they’ll then proceed to stuff your order up. The missing ones are because there are some serious issues with inventory going on - not sure if this is just at store level or state wide at the moment. We were told no zinger fillets, or tenders or bacon was available. Wow! Ok... ordered original 3 piece boxes.... 'Sorry, also no bread rolls available..." Oh boy!
