I ordered through the MyMaccas App on the 25/04/2025. I ordered a Large Cheeseburger Meal and a McChicken. I went to the drive-thru (It is a dual lane drive thru and I went in on the left side) and waited in line with other customers. When I drove up to the ordering machine, ready to give the staff member my order number; For some reason, no one was attending to the left side ordering machine. Only the right side ordering machine was being answered to by the staff. 6 cars on the right side lane of the drive thru were able to get their orders done and there was a very long queue of cars on the left side lane. Eventually the staff answered the ordering machine on the left side lane of the drive thru and I gave my order number from the MyMaccas App to the staff member. After driving to the payment window, I reconfirmed my order details with the staff member at the payment window, because for some reason the staff member had the wrong order on the payment screen. I told the staff that I ordered from the MyMaccas App. After going to the window to pick up my food order. The staff member at the window said that my Order does not Exist at all and I did not pay at all. I was treated by the staff member like I was a criminal. I showed the staff member my phone, with the MyMaccas App, confirming my order and payment of money for the order. The Staff member continued to refuse to serve me with my food order and told me to give my phone over to them. I complied to their request and gave them my phone. After a good 5 minutes of them checking my phone and looking at the MyMaccas App on my phone, the staff eventually gave me my food order. The building looks like a nuclear-proof bunker, and customers canât see the kitchen. After a few questionable incidents, I gave upâwho knows whatâs happening back there?

If you prefer to place orders with staff, avoid this Maccas. Staff are nowhere to be found.
Specific Instances of Poor Service
27 Dec 2022: Ordered a large fries and 24 nuggets, and requested ketchup. I received only one packet. Is there a ketchup shortage? In the U.S., you can get as many as you want without issue.
Is Australian Maccas trying to teach customers to ration ketchup and napkins? One packet of ketchup per person and one napkin per order is ridiculous.

Let's start off with the employees. The people who work here are significantly unprofessional, and they don't even have the brain cells to comprehend and comply with the order you desperately requested. You have to keep repeating and repeating the order you insisted.
Oh. Most importantly, the food. The people who work here and the manager himself are stubborn. Sometime the food is not even cooked properly and they sell it to customers. And then sometime the food is very oily and overcooked, can they not get the timing right? The last thing which leaves me super furious is that they sell OVERNIGHT AND EXPIRED products to customers. No wonder there are plenty of bad reviews where people has stated they have been food poisoned.
This place needs to be inspected...
