Bookshop Cafe — Restaurant in Nambucca Heads

Regular to nambucca, 1st time at this cafe and was met with a nice cozy atmosphere which is hard to find!

Walking inside you'll find the warmth of home with book shelves lined with a vintage look.

I'm an eggs Benedict enthusiast and they have hit the mark! My coffee came out pipping hot 🔥 maybe a bit too hot but good none the less.

My partner had the eggs on toast and the only draw back was a ever so slightly undercooked hash brown but with that being said we both enjoyed it!!

The only improvements I would make to the inside of the cafe are: A small draft or having the fan on. It felt a tiny bit stale And lastly some light music inside. Visually the cafe hits the mark but a little tune will set the mood!

The food is incredible. I live in the inner west of Sydney so I’m spoiled for fantastic cafes. I always eat here when I visit Nambucca because it is by far the best cafe in the area. It’s obvious how much work, care and love goes into this place. Everything I’ve ever had has been freshly made, amazing quality and delicious. A great little café where I could sit outside with my dog and enjoy the sunshine. I chose the eggs Benny with mushrooms, which was delicious. The eggs were just right, yolks still runny, the serving of mushrooms was generous and the hollandaise was tasty without swamping the meal. My flat white was also just what I needed to keep my Saturday morning on track. Friendly service too. I didn’t have the chance to explore the bookshop part....
