Asian Haven Restaurant — Restaurant in New South Wales

Absolute terrible delivery and lies from the girl (won't name except to the owner). 40 mins late and hadn't been cooked yet. Girl I spoke too left the phone off the hook and lied to the manager after I asked to speak to her. 15mins of hearing lies, the manager dismissed everything I said and said she has my number and will get the store owner to call me. Still waiting for the order to be cancelled as well.

I know it isn't primarily the young girls fault, but I was extremly mad that I could hear her tell lies to the manager and then the manager just dismiss me. Ordered at 5pm for a 5:50pm delievery. I called at 6:20pm and was left on hold till 6:55pm and then dismissed by the manager and would pass on my cancelled order and number to the owner. Good food, but at times turnes up warm or cold. I have advised this previously to the store, but this is my 1st review.

Don't expect what they say for delivery ties and turn up hot all the time.

Asian Haven you people should be closed down and sent back to your original country as this place is not how Australian people eat or live eating the disgusting food that you serve at your shop. For a start you don’t take any form of credit or debit cards at all ONLY cash. But more importantly your food is not eatable it’s cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for mostly in life. And no one wants to buy and spend money on something that is as terrible as your food.

I’ve never tried to eat for this bad as what this place is serving. It’s really that bad.

There’s a nice Chinese restaurant just down the street opposite the pub that is quite ok. Asian haven your food is nothing short of rubbish it’s dry as it’s a roll of the dice as to the food. It’s a really big gamble eating at this place. I’ve even heard of people getting sick like food poisoning from this place. Not good for anyone but the locals I feel sorry for. We try not to judge food services on the 1st encounter. However, we have tried Asian Haven on 3 different occasions now. Not only terrible service, lemon chicken so tough we couldn't even chew it, chilli prawns mostly filled with chunks of onion, steamed season vegetables mostly filled with chunks of onion, a few carrots chopped lengthways, a couple of tiny chopped pieces of zucchini and about 2 thin cut slices of celery,.The special fred rice was ok but the honey chicken was mostly chunks of slimy batter. And to top it off the delivery driver stood on our driveway refusing to come to the front door yelling out the front "here's ya food!!" When asked why he didn't come to the front door which was only a few steps he yelled that he "had a day"!!! Absolutley gob smacked!!! We have never experienced anything like this before in our lives. 3 strikes and you're out!! Soooo, so bad! We thought it was a good place because prices were cheaper than others, clearly!...
