The coffee is good. What's not good is setting up a take-away pick up area with a table and then expecting your customers to reach over people sitting at said table to collect the coffee order they aren't even sure is theirs, then having someone talk shit about said customer not reaching over them as soon as you walk out the door. In a post covid world I'm not trying to get into people's personal space so if you want to have a pick up counter maybe make sure that people don't sit right at it when your doing pick up orders. You could even write names on the cups to make it easier for people to know what's theirs, perhaps? Oh and then try not to talk shit loud enough for the customer to hear upon...

The coffee is the best you’ll find in and around Kiama but everything else was way off. All three of our meals were to include poached eggs. The perfect poached egg should have soft, runny yolk. These could’ve been boiled eggs they were so over cooked. It was awful to eat. The young boy wandering around cleaning and checking on tables was obviously doing his best but had no idea what to do when I told him the eggs were all over cooked. Read moreI was passing by Kiama and found a coffee shop. I ordered chicken cheese avocado toastie. Initially, I thought the atmosphere and service were nice, but the food tasted strange. I ended up vomiting and having diarrhea afterward. This was my only meal today, and I've been feeling weak in my hands and feet and dizzy. I think it might be because the food was unclean or left overnight. I was in such a good mood traveling, but this one meal made me feel sick all day. It's so disappointing.
