We arrived at Lithgow at 6 pm (catching the coach from Mudgee), into a very chilly winter’s night, hauled our bags to the furthest of 3 Chinese restaurants and had a fabulous dinner - albeit we were freezing.

We had been so looking forward to eating here and it did not disappoint, the staff are so friendly, and the food and decor takes us back to the 70's and 80's as kids, the dishes were hot and cooked to perfection, we had the curry king prawns, sweet and sour fish with a huge plate of special fried rice, the portions were huge and at first our eyes were to big for our bellies, however it was so moreish we made short work of the feast, we will definitely return, when we are back this way, which is the highest compliment we can give.

After a wonderful meal, it was quick walk back to the station catching the 7.30 pm...

Definitely worth my review. Good old school Chinese hard to find...and a Good NSW shandy (combination of mains and entrees ) even harder. So after all the reviews and pics..I went there tonight. Unfortunately...my plan to eat in was dashed thanks to covid19...so take away was in order. I was craving a Shandy...but the combination on the menu...although appealing...wasn't my favourite 2 dishes. The owner was only too happy to substitute and make my request. So...2 homemade dim sims, 2 spring rolls, sweet and sour pork, beef and black bean sauce, special Fried rice....$16.80....seriously??? Definitely enough food for 2 ...I couldn't finish...and absolutely delicious. I'd travel to Lithgow just to eat...

If you're craving a succulent Chinese meal, this is the place to go!!

Portion sizes are VERY generous for the price and it's backed up by the taste as well. The special fried rice was tasty and could taste the wok hei. The Peking pork ribs were crisp and succulent with the sauce and the szechuan beef was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Staff were heaps friendly and it made a positive impression. Walked away stuffed and happy. You can't go wrong here. Highly recommend 👌 Will definitely be back the next time I'm passing...

I ordered takeaway while in Lithgow for work. Took no more than ten minutes to prepare. The staff were very friendly. The food tasted good although I feel couldn’t have had more vegetables in the fried rice. The crab omelette was huge and although it was made with seafood extender it tasted great. I also ordered the Pork Fillet Satay. The sauce was nice but again a few more veggies would have made it better and added to the colour of the dish. Huge portion sizes which was great and very tasty.
