Garden of Eden — Restaurant in New South Wales

I experienced the most careless, unhelpful customer service I have ever had. I asked a staff member to assist me in finding a product, that she said they have, not only did this staff member not even look at me, or smile for that matter, she just simply pointed and said its over there. After spending time continuing to look for it by myself with no success, I decided to put back the other items I had found and wanted to buy and walked out in disgust with her very poor attitude and total lack of service. Went to get bulk honey. The two girls behind the counter chatting about their weekend. I asked one of them for help as I hadn’t used the bulk honey before. I got eye rolls and she pointed to a sign & said, “ read this,” The sign by the way looked like one of my children had wrote it (on faded cardboard with faded writing). The girls went back to talking. Then the honey poured out so quickly. They watched & did not help! It went over my car keys. When I approached them about the incident they rolled their eyes and said you should have read the sign.I am soooooo glad that there is a health food store...

The best vegan and vegetarian food in the whole area. We switched to doing all our groceries from Garden of Eden and love supporting a friendly local business rather than the big supermarkets. Over the past 2 years all the major supermarkets had supply issues but this place was always stocked up with healthy, organic food and products. They were also always gracious with mask exemptions and didn't make you feel unwelcome at all. We're eating healthier and producing much less waste since we take our jars and buy in bulk.
