Ginger Root Cafe — Restaurant in New South Wales

Cafe Review:

I recently visited this cafe for breakfast, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The first thing I noticed was the poor cleanliness of the tables. They clearly hadn't been properly wiped down in a long time, leading to a buildup of grime. I could literally scratch off the gunk with my fingernail, which was disgusting. When I brought this up, I was simply told that the tables were old, and my concerns were brushed off.

As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The bread was stale, and overall, the meal was nothing special. The only saving grace was the coffee, which was decent. I don't usually work in tweed heads but I do every so often and my favourite place to get breakfast is ginger root cafe I have even told people about this place on the gold coast .BUT unfortunately I don't know if they had a different cook this morning but my take away meal was terrible I got Avo on toast with poached eggs there was more spinch leaves in there then a salad half an avo for 2 pieces of toast and my eggs were hard boiled which made it really dry because of the spinach leaves . Went there twice this week. Ordered the same dish on both occasions, the EGG BENEDICT CROISSANT. First day it was served with a decent amount if Spinach & Sprouts, my plate had swirls of Balsamic Dressing to enhance the flavour of the greens & I was also given 2 poached eggs.
