KFC Tamworth — Restaurant in New South Wales

I entered your store last night and ordered an Original size Twister Combo meal as a little treaty to myself. What I received however, was nothing short of miracle. If my name were Adam and the date were changed to the beginning of time, Tamworth would be the proverbial Garden of Eden and the ominously fated apple would be a KFC Twister Combo meal. That beautiful pairing of a soft yet subtle tortilla and some of the Colonel's original recipe fried chicken is like salt and pepper, on and off and good and evil. Upon consuming the entirety of the Twister Combo meal, my body transformed from human into some sort of sentient being. I had become one with the chicken, and all chickens that have ever or will ever exist. My life (the chickens) flashed before my eyes with all the power and wisdom accrued throughout the lifetime of every chicken that has ever lived was absorbed into my soul. I had become an all hearing, all seeing, all KFC eating machine. I could finally see the world for what it truly was, black or white, chicken, or non chicken. This gateway of enlightenment was precariously hidden in a reasonably priced dinner meal, awaiting the faithful to return. And I, have returned. This was possibly the worst experiance i have ever encountered in any level of customer service and after speaking to a friend this is apparently a regular thing. Unfortunantly i had no choice but to give 1 star as i couldnt give zero. Ordered online at 6.01pm. Waited at the empty count for approx 15 minutes until someone finally let me pay for my meal. However i still then had to wait as they hadn't even started cooking the order. Over the next 35 minutes they appeared to have lost my order twice. Not once was there an apology....all i got from them was substandard burgers and semi cold/ soggy chips. No one had a clue what to do. Everyone was constantly huddled over the reciepts trying to figure out which order to do first and where they were up to. I got back in the car at 6:52pm. I could have gone to a classy resturant, ordered a three course meal, eaten it and still would have been back in my car sooner. I will not be returning to bridge street KFC even if it meant eating one of your burgers would save my life cause quite frankly the wait in line would have...

I dont know why it is, but EVERY SINGLE TIME i ask for "extra seasoning" on my chips, i get none..its as if they do it on purpose..it sounds petty, but who likes a plain old chip with no salt? Ive been to this store hundreds of times and they do it every time..not just once or twice, EVERY TIME! Not to mention, the staff are as rude as you can get.. teenagers that "ah i cant be bothered today and i just want to check my facebook to see if i got any likes on a picture of my nails", THATS WHAT ITS LIKE..its starting to seem like the management teaches them how to make it the worst experience possible for the customers.. like "yea just be a prik to em all, hold them up, stuff their order, the colonel sells itself we dont have to be nice"... anyone reading this review, i want you to take the "bridge street kfc test", go there and make an order and youll see what i...
