Muffin Break Tamworth — Restaurant in New South Wales

Extremely slow service. Yes they were busy and was willing to wait but 20+ minutes for a takeaway coffee and toastie is definately unacceptable i would be giving a freebie if i made anyone wait that long in my business and alot of others waited same time as well- people behind me in line for order got their items before me. Others asking for refunds since it was soooo slow. Watching their process which seemed to have no flow or order to it .. new orders were being put on top of old orders and Sit downs were taking priority and done before take aways even though we had been there well before sit down orders. Had to ask when or if i was getting my order and said it was slow to the barissta then ended up being given the wrong coffee but Food and coffee were ok shame but i Definately...

Been here before and rated it highly however today, ordered Bacon and egg roll and flat white,lady serving lovely, food arrived, the egg tasted dry and hard like a week old, the bacon leather and the roll was tough, not crusty, but tough all the way through, based on this experience last time...

Huge delicious muffins, they had ran out of a couple of things for our menulog order so they put little hand written notes explaining, substituted with what they could and gave us an extra delicious blueberry muffin. Great customer service and was all delicious, we will...
