KT Bee's Kitchen — Restaurant in New South Wales

$5 for a medium coffee which I guess is standard these days. Slow-ish to be made and it wasn’t super busy (not enough staff on?). Coffee was hot, full bodied and very good. Tables equipped with serviettes, cutlery and grimy S&P shakers. Newish-looking decor let down by poor cleaning standards. Why do cafes do this? It doesn’t instil confidence for customers in a cafe’s food handling procedures when entry doors and handles, glass topped tables, chairs, windows etc are grimy and covered with crumbs or greasy fingerprints. I went to this place on Monday close to 4 o'clock. I ordered a banana bread and an iced coffee (in a big glass) to have there. I sat down and set up my laptop for a work meeting which was at 4 o'clock. After 5-10 minutes when it was 3:58, the waitress came and told me that they close at 4 o'clock. KT Bees is a charming little café located in a busy area of Queanbeyan. The food and service were both really good, and I enjoyed my visit. The only downside is that when the café is busy, dining outside in the car park isn't the most comfortable spot. However, the delicious food more than makes up for it.
