The most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. I’ve been a McDonald’s customers for years and the poor hygiene and standard of this place is just GRIM!!! CLOSE IT DOWN!!! Food lying all over the floor and benches, filthy work tops with food being prepped on, no hair nets on, ‘MANAGEMENT’ handing chips over touching them with no gloves on after wiping her dirty hands down her trousers is just grim and really poor hygiene practice. Also no chicken nuggets ready, I over heard the gross manager tell TYSON that they didn’t have time to cook any or any apple pie. As I’m in hospitality myself and have been for ten years including real management it’s a disgrace to be treat with such appalling attitude. After 15 minutes we were eventually served with a rude and ignorant attitude by TYSON the ‘assistant manager’ he didn’t even apologise for our wait or his rude ‘staff’ the other ‘manager’ ( I never noticed her name I was to disgusted by her vile hygiene and filthy uniform) she was shouting at the kitchen staff telling them to hurry up even tho they were trying to work hard shame again their hygiene was well below average throwing food around like it’s nothing. Lesson one treat your staff with respect and a simple please and thank you they will perform A LOT better, no wonder they all have terrible attitude with such poor examples of ‘managment’. When I received my order they missed my plain double cheese burger and when I opened up the bag I was shocked. Cheese burger like slop thrown together. Chicken burger had been sat around at least an hour, rock hard bun with soggy chicken! GROSS!!! To top it off brown lettuce which is just a big NO! Health and hygiene need to check this place out it needs closed down. Drinks spilling everywhere major health and safety hazard also. Concerned about the welfare of the staff. Managers don’t even deserve to be called managers. Someone needs to look into this McDonald’s before someone ends up seriously unwell with food poisoning or staff end up injured. Absolutely ridiculous store. I stood and waited for 20 minutes waiting to pick up my online order. It wasn't until I stood there for 10 before anyone even acknowledged my presence. For the first 10 minutes there were no in store customers and 2 in drive thru and the three workers in the store stood in the middle of the cooking area just talking not doing anything. After 10 minutes I rudely got ask what I wanted. Told them I was waiting on my order and gave the number only to be told yeah working on that now. To wait another 10 minutes 5 of that was the bags of food sitting on the bench in front of me just open and going cold before anyone came over to realise they needed to make drinks which was another 5 minutes. Finally some rude girl who thought she knew everything came over and I asked where my order was. Only to be told it's coming now and I explained I had been waiting for 20 minutes. She said I hadn't been and we've been busy. I was blunt and responded that I have eyes alot of you were doing nothing and my order has been sitting here for 5 minutes going cold. She refused to speak to me taped up the bag and threw them across the bench at me and said here your order is ready now. Goodbye.
This is absolutely ridiculous and staff get away with too much crap. McDonald's needs to do better.

TOILETS My wife went to the toilets as soon as we arrived. They were a disgrace. She let one of the staff know. They said thanks but did nothing. My daughter went to the toilet after our meal, and they were still disgusting. She ended up having to use the disabled toilets which were only slightly better
So before we left I told one of the staff at the Cafe area. She said to tell one of the staff at the other counter (good to see they don't bother communicating with one another and patrons are expected to pass on the info)
FOOD Half our order was missing, so I went straight back to the counter. It was two happy meals.The staff member asked if I was sure it was missing. Yes... She didn't believe me. I told her to come to.our table and check, which she started to do but was interrupted by another customer asking where the rest of their meal was. Must say, i love being treated as a liar and/or thief
While I waited for our missing meals, another person come up asking for their partially missing meals.
Then a woman came up.to order a coffee. She had an accent. It took three staff and a supervisor to take her order. 🙄
