Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New South Wales

I had just gotten 3 pizzas delivered, one side of wings and a cheesy garlic bread. one pizza didn't have much topping left after it was stuck to the top of the box, another pizza was just totally wrong and all of them were stone cold by the time they were delivered (1 hour and 30 minutes late). The wings were not the correct flavor of sauce and unlike other times I've ordered wings from this location this time I opened the box to find some sad looking wings, the sauce had been absolutely dumped on there to the point where it could have been called a soup, not to mention I requested honey soy and I was given hickory sauce, I do not enjoy hickory sauce so the wings went to waste. The garlic bread was a sorry excuse for food, only about 50-60 % of said "cheesy" garlic bread had cheese on it and what little it did have was burned along side the bread where the cheese did not cover. I cannot express my disappointment with words alone, this was an outrage and I sincerely hope that Wyoming pizza hut is to be shut down for such poor service. I will never order from here again even if it was the very last place to...

Ordered pizzas online waited for them to check them and pass them to me so I could get home and then I get home to find out they gave me two completely different pizzas than I ordered and I’m allergic to normal cheese and dairy so I couldn’t even eat the ones they gave me wth, like they literally opened the boxes and took their time to check and gave me the wrong stuff…. I ordered the creamy prawn one and another vegan one and got this…. I just want a refund so I can buy something else but the time was one minute over the time the store closed so when I went through the whole process of the automated robot phone call, answering all the questions, it just said call tomorrow….

So yeah wouldn’t...

Ordered from here last night, online ordering was easy. When I arrived it seemed like no one cared, there was about 6 guys all not in uniform, not wearing hats and some only wearing thongs just sitting on chairs not far from the counter, no one was there to greet me. They were all speaking in a different language to each other. The spud bites were soggy, and there was pieces of hair in my pizza (see photo attached). No one wears hairnets or hats and no uniform, no wonder pizzahut is going down. the culture of the people running it don't care. There's no way of contacting them easily so didn't bother...
