The food that I experienced this morning at Three Trees Cafe was something that genuinely surprised me, and left a lasting impression on my understanding of what quality and flavourful food can be. I ordered the chilli scrambled eggs with sides of mushrooms and bacon, and sourdough on the side as I shared the meal with my coeliac partner. Every ounce of my meal was a delight; from the masterfully prepared scrambled eggs prepared in chilli, garlic, and onion oil, to the creamy fresh avocado, and the best sourdough toast I have ever eaten in my life. The experience was only elevated by the excellence of the service staff and the Batista's flawless execution on my cappuccino. Perhaps just as impressive is that this cafe was able to provide such a perfect experience on a public holiday! I have been to Three Trees Cafe a few times before and their service and food has always been top notch, but after my experience today, I know it won't be long before I return. Compliments to the chef!

Ordered the Shashuka. The menu did say that there will be an extra wait time, which they said would be 20 minutes. 50 minutes later it came out and the egg was uncooked on top. I took it back and the head chef came back to argue with me that it was indeed cooked and she had been doing this along time and on top of that mansplained to me what the dish was. I have had this dish on multiple occasions so I did not appreciate being spoken to like a child. Not to mention when I had complained I had been waiting for an hour she corrected me and said I had only been waiting 50 minutes. I was with my father, who had ordered the same and his dish took another 10 minutes to come out after mine, and what do you know his egg was cooked. Absolutely joke, poor service and a disgruntled chef. It they had just been upfront and honest about the wait time maybe it would have made the experience slightly better.

These past few weeks, I've found myself gravitating towards Three Trees Cafe for brunch or lunch, and let me tell you, it's become a bit of an obsession. Tucked away in our cozy neighborhood, this place has really stolen my heart (and stomach😉). The chef here works magic in the kitchen – every dish is a masterpiece that leaves me speechless. And the food? Oh, it's on a whole different level, way better than any other cafe nearby. But it's not just about the food; the folks here make you feel like family, with service that's always warm and welcoming. Seriously, if you're after a cafe experience that'll blow your mind, Three Trees Cafe in NSW is the place to be. Trust me, you won't regret it.

My family and I and friends have been going to three trees for a while and have always enjoyed the food and menu was good with something for everyone in our group BUT on Sunday 24 th April we went with family some that had traveled quite a way to catch up and we picked to go to three trees cafe and talked it up as our experience there had always been good until Sunday 24th seems the menu has changed and the famous eggs Benedict come with a horrible sauce call rear rabbit because it was called eggs Benedict we just assumed that was their house name for the dish but eggs Benedict is called Benedict because it’s comes with the hollandaise sauce this wasn’t the case the sauce was a horrible gravy type of sauce thank god it was on the side so the plate of eggs and toast was still edible then we notice the whole menu had changed and the prices were quite higher , when we were ordering some things we couldn’t have cause they ran out and the wait time was 40 minutes which they did inform us but still 40 minutes for breakfast anyway not as enjoyable as they used to be not sure if they have changed ownership or just the cook has changed but I definitely won’t be back and won’t be recommending it to...
