Wingham Pizza & More — Restaurant in New South Wales

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Wingham Pizza and Pasta. Here is a list of pros and cons: Pros: Great range of sizes The pizza tasted great Reasonable prices Cons: Extremely poor service Pizza topping was consistently burnt around the outside over 3 different visits Not welcoming at all

From the the phone call to the pick up there is a lot of room for improvement in the customer service department. On the phone I felt rushed and the phone operator completely ignored me when they picked up the phone as they were taking a customer's order in store which led to some confusion. Definitely need to separate those two. Surely they can spare someone to answer the phone or to deal with customers separately. The next point is that I was not greeted politely over the phone and you can tell by the tone of their voice that they weren't happy and that rubbed off on me. Smiling and being a little more upbeat while on the phone can really go a long way to give a more positive experience. When I arrived in store I walked up to the register and was completely ignored. When I asked about my pick up there was no small talk, no friendly conversation such as asking how I was and I did not feel welcome at all. Just little things such as a smile can go a long way into making the customer's experience so much better. I'm all for supporting local businesses but to really stand out and make an impression that keeps customers coming back they need to rethink their approach to...

I ordered food to be delivered to my home one night as everything was either closed after 8pm or didn’t deliver and was unable to get a taxi as I do not drive to go and pick something up so I thank you 🙏🏽 that your establishment delivers to my area at this time.

The food I ordered was OK the Pasta was 👌🏽 very nice probably the best I’ve had in a long time from an establishment but the salad & pizza were very hit and miss to be honest.

Reasons I stopped ordering from there a few years ago ( AND NOW THIS IS NOT THE CASE HENCE WHY IM HAPPY TO BE BACK ORDERING ) a few years ago I ordered pizza and pasta from there and it really went down hill from the first few times pasta was over done anf didn't taste fresh and was over done . The pizza was very oily crust burned and at same time wasn't cooked properly . .
