Aussie Pizza Company — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

Been going to Aussie Pizza but not on a regular basis as found them good quality and price. Two weeks ago my partner enjoyed her Pizza (she is not really a pizza person) so I thought I would order the same 2 varieties of pizza again. She had 1 slice and came out to me and said "this is not the same as you got me last time and the toppings were very poor/ minimal ingredients and flavor." I agreed that it did not look like a very well presented pizza and mine was better but not to the same standard 2 weeks ago. I rang AP and spoke to the manager and politely told of our disappointment and was requested to provide a photograph of each which I did and forwarded them immediately to the manager as requested by her. Unfortunately I haven't even been given the courtesy of a return call to acknowledge my complaint after suppling what I was requested. Not receiving any acknowledgement is very very poor business' practices and that's a manager, so let alone what they let their employees do. Please get back to be as good as...

pizzas are fantastic! best ive had from a fast food chain including gourmet ones BUT

some staff (50% chance) are so annoyingly brain dead i cant believe they can be gainfully enployed to take orders over the phone.

simple maths such as " its 45 minutes on delivery" but it takes over an 90 minutes to reach the door, repeating orders, understanding what no olives means, adding sauce to your pizza, and forgetting about allergies that are specifically mentioned while ordering....

also to this incompetent staff (not all of them) Stop reading my card details out allowed in the store!!!!!! i could understand possibly the card number but if your to stupid to remember 3 numbers (ccv) for 15 seconds you should be cleaning dishes out the back.

We are local customers, who order fairly frequently. The pizzas are great, on the rare occasion we order in person the staff a genuinely fantastic, however, when we order online, more often than not, and the deliveries are very slow. If, for example, the store specify a 35 minute deliver time, it often seems to take an hour more then they stated. For example, a 7:30 pm delivery time has turned into an 8:30-9:00 pm delivery time on our last 4 consecutive orders.
