This is my review of the bubble tea that u guys served us on 2/1/19!

My two drink taste like 1% of tea, 4 % of milk , 5% sugar , mix with 90% of water. And the bubbles...man, they are so hard to chew .

Very disappointed. Guys, u need to improve in staff traning or..Maybe something wrong to your beverage SOP ? Seriously..That is the worst bubbles tea I ever drink in my life! Can't be sure how u guys can operate your business by serving this kind of quality. I'm sure there are customers out there have similar taste as mine ,just they didn't voice out to u.

I know my comment sound bad...But I really wish I can have a cup of great CHATIME bubble tea as the other country does. I can tell that.. THIS IS NOT...

Love, love, love!!!! Soooo many yummy items on the menu from fruity to milky, frozen, cold or hot. There’s something for everyone and it’s great to be able to customise your drink and experiment with different mix-ins. Friendly staff. Quick service. Handy app. I once ordered through the app and accidentally had it set to a different store. The manager was so lovely and helpful when I rang and explained. When the staff see me coming they grab my drinks straight away, great customer service! Highly recommend! The limited edition Christmas specials are always good and so are their cheeky seals, always good...

Always screwing up my order whenever I go there, all the drinks have little flavour and taste like straight up water. Very unsanitary, saw one of the workers rinse a dirty cup and place it back to use again. The wait can either be very long or too short. The shorter the wait, the worse the quality becomes. It's so simple to make a good tea but considering they put the most minimum effort for costumers devastating. Also the responses for the reviews are also created by bots. Absolutely a...
