Domino's Pizza Mayfield — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

I live in Mayfield so this is my local Dominos store I have made multiple complaints about the state of the front of the store both in person and by phone I have worked in retail not food but still retail for 30 years the first thing I was taught was the outside of the business gives an impression if it is clean customers have a positive impression if it is dirty obviously it will give a negative perception this store has had a dirty cigarette butt and is filthy on the right hand side of the stores step not the footpath this is a part of the stores building after months of complaining about this it is still the same cigarette butt and filthy tiles very sad state of affairs that no one has addressed the filthy shopfront after numerous complaints it would literally take 5 minutes to fix this I am disgusted by the lack of response I didn’t want to give them a negative review but they have left me with no choice can domino’s not afford a cleaner if you do have a cleaner why has this been left exactly the same for months I have photos to prove how gross the shopfront is and has been for a long time clean the front of your business Dominos you are a food retail outlet it should look clean and inviting if this is what we can see as customers what does the...

Gave this store a miss quite a while ago due to them stuffing up any order I gave them. Thought I'd try them again recently but true to form, they left toppings off that were supposed to be on the pizza and included toppings I'd asked to be left off. Hardly any toppings anyway as usual, and had to rip the pieces apart, also as usual. Very poor product overall. They have no idea how to make a decent hot pizza, so I'll continue to shop elsewhere. UPDATE Sept 20118 Thought I'd give Domios another try and they had given my take away order to someone else. Waited all over again, got home and I then had someone else's order! Went back to the shop as I live close by. On third try they finally got things right and after complaining manager said a voucher will be applied against my phone number for a free future order. GUESS WHAT... no freebie in their system refused to honour it as I didn't have the manager"s name that was on that night even though I gave them the date of the previous order. Over $55 for a pick up order of 2 pizzas and a couple of sides seem expensive also. NEVER EVER again... Dominos Mayfield can stick their pizzas from here on in as far as...

Longest wait I've ever had. Ordered at 4:30pm expected delivery of 4:57-5:07, oh not too bad. I have had issues with doordash not tracking dominos orders properly so gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited til 5:20 incase they got lost or something. Called the store, manager was slow to help fix the problem, put us on hold twice to check the systems and talk to staff/and other manager? Finally he goes 'were going to get it made and sent out to your for free because you've said you've paid already through doordash'. Apparently they hadn't received the order. He got it fixed up for us and said it sound be about 30 minutes or so. No apologies. Finally the food arrives at 6:10pm so around 40 minutes after the call. At this point were starving and a little annoyed but hungry. You would think that fas food was supposed to be fast aye. But you'd also think if your customers wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and drink that you'd throw in something extra as an apology. But no. The pizzas were subpar, randomly some pineapple on a bbq meat lovers and disappointing spicy...
