Domino's Pizza Mount Hutton — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

I would just like to share my thoughts on the new store that opened locally to me and my family:

Positives: • Wonderful looking pizzas that are always hot, Toppings are always spread out evenly, Look outstanding and taste even better! • Pizzas are cut perfectly. • Hygiene while making pizzas is great, The pizza makers always wear gloves. • Staff is wonderful, friendly and always happy to serve you. • Great managers that are always there to help you if you have a problem. • Store is almost always clean and tidy. Rush-hour i understand it would be hard to clean. • Fast delivery times with Friendly Delivery Drivers. • Fast hand out time (7-12 minutes). • Every employee is wearing a mask!

Negatives: • On busy days there will be a delay ranging from 5-15 minutes depending on how busy it is. The store is still new so hopefully they can improve. :) • Front counter servers can take a while to figure out change from a 50 dollar note. • There are new people in store that are learning so they may make mistakes, This isn't necessarily a bad thing as they are learning and trying their best.

Closing thoughts: Overall for a store that has been open for 3 weeks I think it has been doing very well and I would love to think they strive to do even better! Definitely a great place to...

Greatest experience of my life. I visited the store today with my 3 toddlers, and I was struggling to keep control of them as I browsed the amazing selection of quality and affordable pizzas. The young man serving me (who goes by the name of Tristan) could sense I was struggling to achieve both my goals; order a delicious meal, and not lose a child in the process. Tristan decided to take matters into his own hands to ensure that I got the proper Mount Hutton Dominos experience, and promptly swept all three children up into his arms and nursed them to sleep almost instantaneously, allowing me to place my order without the hinderance of my restless kids. When I finished placing the order (which Tristan was able to assist me with while also holding 3 sleeping children), he handed me back my children, and proceeded to single-handedly prepare my meal in record time. 10/10 experience and I will be naming any and all future children...

Picked up 3 pizzas from here tonight, got home to find a nice hair in the melted cheese, called back the store, had absolutely rude young girl answer who demanded we bring back the pizza and they can give us a credit or give us another. Was taking instructions from the manager yelling over the phone, the manager should have taken over the call and sorted.

When i returned i showed them the hair in the Pizza, the utter confusion from all the staff had me in amazement, it was like nobody knew what to do. Finally the manager appeared and made another, eventually got home to have 1 fresh pizza and 2 cold ones.

Manager should have stepped up and handled the situation on the phone. Not impressed, cant say ill be going back there...
