Domino's Pizza New Lambton — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

I have never had a good experience at this dominos. today, my drama teacher tried to order pizza for our drama group. she had ordered 20 pizzas, which isn't an unreasonable amount. when we called, they were rude and tried to tell her that what she had said was incorrect and that she'd ordered something completely different. then, said that you could only do nine pizzas, which i can barley understand because.. why not 20? you guys make enough to make 20 pizzas for some kids expecting a PIZZA party. we were disgusted hearing how you would treat a customer, telling her that she was yelling at you when clearly your lack of communication and overall awful attitude is bound to make someone upset and FRUSTRATED. your awful customer service has denied a group of committed drama students their pizza party, left a lovely teacher upset and feeling like she has let down her students, and has left us all very...

Shout out to Riley the E-Bike delivery guy - after not having our garlic bread put into his bag for delivery - he apologised profusely (not even necessary as it wasn’t his fault) and offered to ride back to the store straight away and return with the forgotten bread!
