Coffee this morning was good quality. I would like to just note to staff that during this time of Covid and combined with rainy weather, there is much less space for takeaway customers to wait within your eye-sight.
I was waiting around in your eat in section, was very pressed for time, but hate to pester staff by asking when my order is ready. After I had noticed people getting coffee who had ordered after me, I came around to find my order had been ready for a while but hadn't heard it called out (I had heard other orders called).
Please remember to be mindful of all customers who may not be visible, wanting to stay out of the rain, but also practice good social distancing/not wanting to clog up...

Originally I did not get any acknowledgement that I was standing there cause the staff were busy with the morning rush which is fair enough. The part that got me was the gentleman behind the counter making the coffees who was constantly wiping his nose with his sleeve, not once but several times. If I hadn't paid for my coffee I would have walked out. Luckily when it came to my coffee he had walked away to do something else. Even then the coffee was bitter and I ended up throwing it out.
