Read moreTerrible Ordered 3 x vintage sliders .. the plate came to the table and we noticed that one of the sliders was not a slider but was in fact what appeared to be a 1/4 of a cut off bun .. rather than offer a refund or discount for the error (which they should have up front) we had to then hear the managers justification of the cut off bun being the exact equivalent to a slider bun and was normal practice when they run out of buns !!! When we turned the bun over it was half the size of a slider bun .. to add further insult manager said .. “we could provide a refund if you like” but that was after we complained .. by that stage was too embarrassed as I felt the cost of the meal didn’t justify the conversation with the manager trying to dispute the fact that the meal was in fact below standard .. maybe if you can’t serve whats on your menu speak to your customer first but if you are trying to serve up a meal that is substituted and not to the standards of you restaurants then maybe don’t serve it at all .. btw the cut off faux slider bun was eaten and was terrible as it was loaded with onion to make it try and look the same size so really we paid for 3 sliders and only received...
Read moreHad a really bad experience here, it was incredibly cramped there since it was so busy. Prams were barging into our table, the ground was slippery from grease? I can’t imagine how unhygienic it must be in the kitchen. I almost slipped there and so did my friends. The chips were so greasy and soggy, I couldn’t even eat them which is unfortunate since I love sweet potato. There were Uber drivers coming in and out and we had to move our seats around so they could come through and there was an employee who I asked for help with water and a possible change of tables (since our table kept getting bumped into) but was ignored and given an attitude from them. I was appalled and we went elsewhere since it just wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I will keep going to Kotara instead 🤦♀️
Which is so sad since I had a way better experience before where I took this photo. We were nothing but civil considering our circumstances so I don’t think we deserved this level of service. 4/5 - 1/5 If you can’t handle a busy atmosphere, please turn off your Uber orders. Your customers that...
