It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered a cake for my own birthday and I was late to pick up. I was in-front of the shop at 5:14 I’ve been calling multiple times and owner pick the call I was sorry to be late but I was so polite and requested her to send her one of the staff so I could take my cake but she didn’t listen my one word she was disrespectful no manners to talk with customers and arguing with me to take my cake on tomorrow morning. I have been telling her it’s my birthday cake I need it right now I was begging her to send her staff and was willing to pay more but still she wants me to come tomorrow morning. I know I was late but it’s their responsibility as well to call the customer to pick their orders. If you won’t call to customer why would you take their contact details. The owner was saying me I have more than 200 customers I can’t call each customer to pickup their order but I don’t think all of them would be late and also you need to call them it’s your business you need to respect your customers. I had to buy another cake at last moment and was not my choice because I wanted red velvet cake to match my dress which obviously didn’t happen. I went next morning and asked her for my refund because that cake was not worth to take and she was so rude and refused to give my refund and telling Me to take that cake. THE BEST CAKES EVER!!! I recently purchased two cakes and I cannot stop raving about them and neither can my work colleagues! The caramel mud cake was delicious! The amount of icing was perfect but what blew me away was that despite its incredible flavour, it wasn’t sickly sweet at all. I bought the Mars Bar Gateau today and it was incredible! So much goodness oozing from the middle!! There were two lovely humans working there this morning who absolutely made my day. One of them is the mastermind and maker of all of these delectable creations and she was so proud and enthusiastic about her work. Great job! It was a pleasure to meet you! Designer delights will be my go-to for any occasion that requires a cake (I have been trying to find any excuse to go back for more!) ...

Without a doubt the worse cafe experience my Wife and I have ever had. 3 giggling girls that clearly think customer service and their job is a joke. We ordered 2 breakfast meals of which they didn't have all menu items on hand. We both had scrambled eggs that were burnt beyond a joke, and the bacon was basically rubber. When you have 3 staff on hand and our meals were the only items being prepared at the time, how to you manage to produce such a bad result. It's not often that you go out for a meal to find that you could have done better yourself at home.
