Fantastic personal service , other companies may claim to be cheaper but they don't provide the total package like the NRMA does , with every interaction with them you're treated like you're human and not just a way to get money. Have to give a huge shout out to Michelle in the call centre , sons car broke down ended up battery needed to be replaced all done quickly and great price. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from NRMA. Not only was the assistance slow and inefficient, but the staff were also incredibly rude and unhelpful., they were dismissive and condescending. Went to the branch to renew insurance & was completed satisfied with the service I received from the staff. They were very courteous & friendly & made my visit was completed in a timely manner.
