The worst experience I've EVER had .. i was told 1 hour for delivery and almost 3 hours later I called and was laughed at by the receptionist and the manage when I asked where my order was . I was told they got busy but my order was ONLY JUST being cooked ,so pretty much I was left until the almost closed for them to even start cooking our dinner . I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN . I advise people to order from other restaurants in the area of you would like to eat dinner with your family . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERIVICE EVER .. the only nice note was the driver was Good about it and you could see this happens a lot to him . I feel sorry for the flack he cops over the poor Business skills ABSOLUTE JOKE ILL BE TAKING ME BUSINESS TO HOUSE OF PEAKING AT JESOMOND . Just goes to show they don't care...

My first dining experience at this restaurant resulted in food poisoning. I phoned the next day to let them know not to use the pork that was served to me the night before, on anyone else. I am usually a well person. An elderly person would have ended up in hospital. I discussed that they needed to review their food storage & food handling as I was vomiting all night after eating their contaminated/rotten food. A few perfunctory “sorry about that” was all they said. Unconcerned was the tone. I was extremely disappointed as I took my 10yr old grandson out to dinner with me. Luckily he did not eat the pork ribs in plum sauce. 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 $ 95...

We have been dining in here and getting takeout for years! The food has always been good and tasty, but we ordered Singapore noodles and Kway Teow this time the Singapore noodles were sub standard and the Kway Teow was absolutely disgusting there was no flavour only 3 tiny pieces of meat and it was 97% noodles!!! I called to give them some feedback and the owner basically said that is how it comes and offered no help or solution, I have only gave 1 star as it won’t let you give none! Two years of ordering from them and they have lost me as a customer and my friends, very poor customer service...
