Good to see young people gainfully employed , just have to work on the average 6/10 orders that are incorrect in some way. Again today 13/8/2017 order placed at counter when reviewed what was tapped in to console, items weren't entered and some doubled up , please teach your employees to listen closely or ask for it to be repeated so the correct order is processed to the customers requirements, this type of mistake is due to either not concentrating or training deficiencies, these type of continuous errors lead to customer frustration which may result in abuse of workers/manager. It is fixable? Again just now 5/9/2017 5.50pm you guys are kidding the service was disgraceful, two nugget h/meals ordered when received the bottom of the boxes weren't formed so I ended up with a lap full of fries etc, after thanking the young worker I was then told I had my drinks which I did not have, followed by here's your drinks see you, the rest of the order had not been received yet, then I receive two lots of large fries in a bag and again am told there you go, whilst I'm still waiting for burgers, I mean come on who's in charge of this mess or don't use care if it's just pot luck on the service customers receive and if the order is correct ? and yes people say why don't you go to another macca's fair enough but why should I , I live just around the corner and all this is fixable if someone gives a damn , so seriously come on, all managers should be held accountable always!!!!!
3/11/2019, over the last five days we have ordered the new Aussie Angus burger twice and are yet to receive the advertised ingredients , first time no egg just now order 166 no bacon come on management this is your responsibility to make the teams attention to detail is spot on, or is this franchise still happy with less 50% of orders being correct?
25/04/2021, for a little while the service ect seemed to improve , the disappointing part is it has returned to an even lower point than two years ago, the service is basically dreadful, most of the current crop of employees have no manners and very little enthusiasm for their job, I only use this franchise because of location and I am prepared for wrong orders ect, a week ago I ordered a reasonably large order for my extended family of which I always expect half will be missing or wrong , I purchased five drinks which the drive through window server attempted to give me one at a time through my window, I said the words cup tray and received oh ok??? The franchisee and management of this macca’s should be ashamed of the lack of training and ongoing leadership that these young people are obviously not receiving , ie, some people are not meant to be in customer service or food preparation jobs but they must be given the chance to find out under the right direction...
Read moreDecided to give maccas another shot now they have gourmet range - on September 20 2017. The meal was not in adherence to their own recipe - missing ingredients and making up for the loss by overusing other ingredients, even ones that weren't supposed to be there (the right sauce on the right burger can be kind of important). Upon speaking with the management on duty i was told to bring the meals back in ("Drive-Thru" ...not "drive through" purchase) and ahe would assess the meals in question and deem then if the meals were satisfactory.... For starters, these were purchased for the convenience of not wasting time or more specifically organising a quick meal on a late working night. Secondly, what happens if the manager on duty is satisfied with the lack of presentation, mismatch of ingredient ratios and inclusion of un-listed ingredients ( I personally don't have any food intolerances, but another customer could have been hospitalised by this mistake. ). I proceeded to photograph the meal and share the photos via email - as negotiated - as a requirement to have the incident reviewed. The manager agreed - substandard! unacceptable! I was offered vouchers to remunerate the transaction and accepted the offer. The said vouchers were to be mailed and received within a week or so..... after three weeks - no vouchers received. I contacted the store again and was assured they were sent and more will be sent in the place of the "missing" ones already sent. A month passes - no vouchers. An incredibly long story shorter - 3 days short of 3 months wait, and upon re-entering the store and providing the required documentation of the email trail, phone log, and proof of purchase; I was finally refunded the cost of our meals. So, that one star rating, if it weren't for the underatanding of the current manager on duty today December 17 2017, I'd of investigated if a negative rating were possible. Thanks maccas - but no longer will i succumb to the "product" and "service" you claim to be...
Read moreI would not even give one star they are not disabilty friendly or caring from our experience today 2/nov 2016 my little boy is 6 with severe autism with a global development at the age of 2 1/2 mind the workers were friendly and caring but the owner is a arrogant ignorant belligerent man im so disgusted it made my stomach turn that the whole family could not even sit and eat the rest of our meal because of his unprofessional excuse mr 6 stuck his stuffed animal dinosaur tail down a drain hole in the restaurant and than stuck it in his mouth it took his breath away and than he started to spit my husband went and asked what was down there in case there was chemical poison the girl came straiggt away and said the floor cleaner from mopping goes down there I went and washed the dinosaurs tail with soap and water while my husband was giving his details and my son has bad sensory issues especially ith his mouth so his always chewing so the dinosaur went back into his mouth as soon as I come out then the owner flew around the corner and not even bothed listening to us he made a snide remark about the dinosaur being more toxic because my son was chewing his tail and if he gets sick its no reason that the floor cleaning did it because its not toxic and then to make us feel like we were not even part of society ith the rest of his snide remarks because mr 6 at this stage jumped on the table and while we were trying to speak made a remark that we wernt capable of watching him never again will my family eat from that place mayfield industrial drive nsw so disgusted and I wont be...
