0 Stars!!! Terrible customer service. Waited for over 20minutes in drive thru behind only 2 cars. Not one was sent to the waiting bay (by the time we were leaving there were around 5 cars backed up behind us - beeping their horns!) There was no apology for the long wait. We didn’t complain as we’d already watched the poor girl at the window cop complaints from the customers in front of us. Arrived home to find our order was wrong. Called up, I was nice - I don’t like to shoot the messenger, shit happens! Absolutely no apology, several excuses, after a moments silence I asked what the solution was as all I’d heard so far was excuses. I was told I was rude. I asked to speak to the manager as I assumed I was talking to a n entitled little child by the lack of maturity and lack of customer service skills. This entitled male told me they were the manager. At that point I had to laugh. I honestly couldn’t believe a manager would handle a simple complaint in such a woeful manner. I was hung up on. I tried to call back however my call was refused then rang out! If that was indeed the manager - well it explains the lack of skills the employees have and the pathetic service other customers and myself received that afternoon. Read moreWithout a doubt this is up there with the worst take away ever. We have tried Oporto three different locations Rothwell, Brisbane and now Kotara, and without exception it has been consistently bad. The chips cold limp and soggy in a cup, the bread rolls soggy and basically squashed with thin layers of tepid chicken pressed in on what they call a Bondi Burger and or a wrap which was tasteless poorly presented with a dull lifeless salad smothered in way to much dressing/sauce, akin to the Bondi Burger limp lettuce and over whelming sauce. The little tenders where overpowered by the lemon garnish and they have on every occasion been dried and obviously kept in a warmer. All in Oporto at these three locations really are poor representations of the brand and to this end will never get another $35 on each and every visit of our money. In short disgusting slop not fit for a pig. And I bet their customer service is just as bad and I reckon there will be no reply or contact to this review.

Read moreThe girl stationed at the register would only quietly mumble as communication. When I finished ordering and checked the receipt I found out she put in 2 regular meals instead of a Large meal and a Regular meal. When I looked up she was already in the back with the kitchen staff. When she finally came back and I told her she got my order wrong all she did was stare at me like a deer into oncoming headlights, no communication on trying to fix the issue, no going to a supervisor or manager, she just stared at me as though she expected me to somehow fix the issue.
When I got back home and started eating my food I found out there was very little lettuce in my wraps.
