A very capable young lady served me a great coffee this morning at Wallsend Pie Face, while upselling me to the muffin deal, preparing the next round of fresh baking for the oven and serving a handful of other customers with fuel and coffee requirements. She did all this with expert customer service, a calm demeanour and a genuine smile, despite it being 6:30 on a Sunday morning.
