Do not eat here if you have dietary restrictions. The past two times I have been here, I have had issues with my order.

I have had them have to restart making my order right before giving it to me because they messed up and gave me chicken instead of a veggie schnitzel. The staff huffed and complained as I waited another 15 mins for my order to be completed.

Last time however takes the cake. Me, my partner and my child were all getting wraps. My partner asked if the veggie schnitzel can be put on the small famous to which the employee confirmed. My partner confirmed that we will get the small famous with veggie schnitzel and no cheese. We then ordered for ourselves which was two more veggie schnitzels, no cheese on both, add avo. We took the ordered home and a couple of bites in, we noticed it was real chicken. My partner who hasn’t eaten meat in over 5 years is disgusted. I am disgusted.

My partner called to explain the situation and see how to proceed as we were not going to pay for food we couldn’t even eat. The employees over the phone were rude and could not understand our problem. We managed to get a refund however had to drive another 15 mins to go back to Harry’s and they would only refund cash. They once again were incredibly rude and short with my partner.

We will absolutely NEVER eat here again. The complete lack of attention to detail and the lack of customer service in those tougher situations is completely shocking. No trust left for this company who cannot seem to understand dietary...

I went in today enquiring about gluten free options, as I've never been to a Harry's schnitzel before and was really curious.

I wasn't too hopeful there would be any options, but to my surprise, the super friendly staff whipped together the most awesome and delicious snack pack I've literally ever had in my entire life. The staff were super friendly and accommodating despite my annoying dietary, (I'm always nervous about being "that customer" with the gluten allergy). They even grilled some chicken for me without the crumbing! 😁 I really felt they went above and beyond, and none of it felt like an issue at all. 12/10 service and food, holy mother, I'm definitely coming back here again! Thank you all so much again for an awesome experience.

For the last couple of months, each time I've ordered a vegan schnitzel wrap there has been problems. Even though I have clearly specified vegan , no cheese, the wrap has been been made with cheese and on 2 occasions with chicken! Chicken schnitzel is not the same as vegan schnitzel. Yesterday I took a bite of the wrap before realising it was chicken! On each occasion I have notified the staff and they have apologetically rectified the order.

TO THE MANAGER, PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF on what vegan is. If you have a vegan option on the menu all staff need to be aware of WHAT IT IS and WHAT IT IS NOT. Thankfully my choice in being vegan is not due to religious reasons. BUT IF IT WAS, how devastating it would be that my religious choice was broken by your staffs careless mistakes.
