Ordered via the app 2 hours in advance. Realised the wings I ordered i had selected the wrong sauce. Tried to call the shop multiple times with no answer. When I got there the shop itself is pretty filthy, I didn’t want to touch the doors or sit down anywhere. The young man serving was very polite and explained he was a delivery driver so a bit out of his depth with placing orders etc, I explained to him about the wings I’d ordered and that I’d like to change the sauce and I watched as he went and told the cook. The cook was something else very hostile and yelling with no regard to the fact customers can see and hear everything. Obviously stressed but I felt sorry for the man serving the counter considering the way she was shouting at him. I finally got my order, the sauce was not changed, I actually didn’t mention this but the cook came out and just started yelling at me that she put the sauce on that was on the order. Very rude. Get home, missing the ranch sauces I’d purchased. The wings were very average and went in the bin and the pizza was burnt and not nice at all. Considering you’re pricing is on par with decent gourmet pizza restaurants with professionally behaved staff, clean environments and fresh ingredients you’d want to step up your game or significantly drop your prices. Read moreTerrible. While the actual pizzas are fine, the store is hopeless. Ordering online directly through the store, we were given an estimated time of 40min for delivery. 2 hours later, an uber driver left the wrong order on our doorstep. Had they bothered to knock, we could have told them instantly it was incorrect. There is no direct number for the store so you have to call the generic number and go through all of the prompts. We attempted to call the store immediately, and ended up being hung up on or directed to voicemail 10 times. When they finally answered, they couldn't give an indication of how long our order would take as it needed to be remade and wait for a driver. I have made multiple complaints and requested a refund, and they don't even bother to respond.
EDIT: you reply asking me to reach out, however you don't answer the phone and I have already tried to contact you via the website and email MULTIPLE times. No response....

The pizza tasted good until I bit into a slice and found a disgusting BLACK HAIR about 10-12 cm long under the cheese of a slice of thin crust pizza that I was biting into. I was so disgusted that we had to throw out the rest of the pizza. Furthermore, when placing this order the website was difficult as it would not accept our coupon code, so I had to call the store. I was hung up on and had to call back again, then I was put on hold for about 4-5 minutes before speaking to someone. After this entire ordeal needless to say we will never order pizza from you again and will return to ordering Dominos. I just have three words to say for your store.... HAIR NETS and PROFESSIONALISM. Up your game Pizza Hut while you still have any...
