I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your branch on today around 9pm. Despite being a loyal patron of KFC for many years, the level of service I received during my most recent visit was beyond unacceptable.
Firstly, I waited for approximately 10 minutes before I was even able to place my order. Upon finally reaching the counter, the attendant handling my order exhibited a demeanor that was not only rude but also rushed, which left me feeling quite uncomfortable.
Furthermore, when I attempted to pay for my order with a $20 bill and informed the attendant that I had coins for the change, I was told that the transaction had already been processed without consideration for my preference. This lack of communication and disregard for customer preferences is simply unacceptable.
To exacerbate matters, after waiting an additional 25 minutes for my order to be fulfilled, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of wings and could only provide boneless alternatives. While I reluctantly accepted this substitution, I was appalled to discover upon arriving home that the food I received was excessively salted to the point of being inedible.
This experience has not only left me feeling humiliated but has also shattered my confidence in the quality of service provided by KFC. As a customer who has consistently supported your brand, I expect better treatment and attention to detail.
I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to address these issues and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or voucher as compensation for the substandard experience I endured.

Of course you wait longer for family meals yes understandable but everyone that ordered after us and everyone that ordered before us had there meals and left I was thinking oh they must just be waiting for something like popcorn chicken I mean the only boy serving(the boy that served us) kept looking around I thought well surely he’s gonna ask us soon oh what are you waiting for considering we had now been there for 40 minutes. We only live a couple minutes away but no all the chips were cold everything was cold. Read morePathetic rude customer service! Again and again this outlet disappoints. This was twice in 2 months. Manager Bre(as her name take suggested) told myself and my daughter to wait in the waiting bay. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting(by this time another 3-4 customers also were asked to wait in the car park) I went in and saw headless chickens going about as if nothing was happening. there were 5 customers waiting in the area opposite the counter. I stood there for more than 5 minutes, customer service staff just walking past. Finally Bre was serving a few drive through customers i could see, as the window is visible from near the main are opposite the counter. I called Bre and asked her my order. She did not acknowledge my presence and just walked past. minutes later she takes my order and goes to the car where my 17 year old is waiting in the car. she does not ask my daughter about the order rather just brings it back in. i stop her and ask her whose it was. she tells my daughters name. i tell her i sopped you twice and ignored my and then now you say nobody is in the car.
