Made a order for catering Tuesday 30/10/18 for 3/11/18. Received confirmation that order was placed and will be ready for collection on the day. Upon the day of collection I arrived and was told there was no order. Once showing her the confirmation she then told me they never received it. Thankfully she made our order within 20 minutes. However had the store been busy i feel this wouldnt have happened. Rather dissapointing however i commend the staff member for...
