Turned up to the restaurant at 7:45 pm. States on Google that it doesn’t close until 9pm. Proceeded to wait 5 minutes before being seated, the restaurant had 6 people total at the time so no reason to wait this long. Customer service representative immediately told me that there are only certain items I’m “allowed”. I then questioned her and she took back what she said - clearly an attempt to restrict what I could and couldn’t order. Throughout the service, both chefs were incredibly rude. Staring at me the entire time asking in a blunt manner “is there anything else”. To top it off, there were flies amongst the food which the restaurant seemed to do nothing about.

Sushi train fun now at Kotara Westfeild, up stairs in the new part of the rooftop. My preschooler requests to eat his lunch their after swimming lessons each week cause his "so hungry". The staff are lovely and always prepare his favourite requested nori free tuna with orange roe, baby sushi roll size. The beauty of sitting in and eating is you can enjoy watching all the different types of sushi roll past u on the sushi train. Lately we have been finishing with a cute sized delicious green tea ice cream or mango flavoured one. There fried chicken with soya is amazing too. One day I plan on trying their ramon noodles. It's a healthy, enjoyable treat to eat here.

Tried it for the first time today (my little girl was excited to try sushi 🍣 train for 1st time) waited inline for 10 minutes before we can get a table (but there was chairs available inside) because they only had 1 wait staff on (poor guy had to clean/serve/take payments) sushi was okay not the worst but not the best either. Very limited variety, nearly everything was either tuna or salmon. Asked the staff for 3 dipping bowls but only got 2 as they said there's not enough lol.

This is they worst restaurant and food experience I have ever had. Right from the start, staff was clueless. Once I was seated, no one ever bothered to come back to offer me water/any beverages. I had to flag the waitress down just to ask for a ramekin to pour my soy sauce in as there were none at my table. I then also had to ask for a menu as there were none at the table, and then she proceeded to instantly wait to take my order without even giving me the chance to open the menu. I tried to order several different items but she kept saying not available. Finally when I found something that was available, I ordered it, which btw there was only a photo of the item and no description what so ever. When it arrived there was a mountain of fish eggs on top which was not included in the photo on the menu. I asked if I can have another made without fish eggs and both chefs behind the counter gained up on me. They both raised their voices at me saying that it comes with it despite it not being showed on the photo, and the reason I cant see it on the menu is bc in the picture the fish eggs are in the roll instead of on top? They literally caused a scene in front of numerous people sitting around. The only thing I said back (which was only twice), was asking if it's okay to make a new one without the fish eggs and I didn't know it came with it as it is not pictured. After giving me so much attitude and embarrassing me in front of everyone, I finally just said to forget about it and I will just leave. What a horrible experience. Not to mention the one plate of sushi I did have was disgusting. It had looked like they have never made sushi before in their lives. The rice was falling apart, you couldn't even pick it up. All the rolls on the train looked awful. The avocado was brown and looked like it was a week old, the fish did not look fresh what so ever. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Doesn't even...

Have tried this restaurant a couple of times and was alright (can make do only, since there aren't many choices around) and thought to give it a go again. But to my disappointment service was mediocre, sushi tasted like it was made a while ago and sat on train for a while . The sushi options on the train didn't look appetitzing as rice seems to be falling apart. And the same sushi was on the train over and over again throughout our dining period. Lastly we ordered Vegetable tempura and Crab Claw, mind you both these orders are supposed to be deep fried, vegetable tempura was served first, to my surprise it tasted very cold to the extend that you can actually taste the oil too (extremely off putting). next served was the fried crab claw, the outer was crumbed and tasted hot, but when we bite deeper into the claw, the Inside/core was still cold and frozen (clearly proves that this is a frozen bought meat and just gotta deep fry them, and bcoz it's frozen and the oil was hot , only outside was cooked but not right throw it) .This clearly shows the lack of professionalism of the one cooking with no experience whatsoever and not forgetting that it could cause food poisoning.

Overall totally disappointed and disgusted and will not...

Disappointing. If you want to sit down to a sushi train before a late movie, sorry to say to are very much out of luck here.

Advertising open until 9pm on google.

Arrived at 7:50 expecting to grab a stack of plates to kill some time ahead of a 9:30pm screening.

Staff were rude as and told me I could only get takeaway. When asked what time dine in customers were allowed was told 8pm... looking at my watch it was not yet 8pm. Still wouldnt let me sit down.

Misleading trading hours.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Avoid.

Sorry, didnt drive out of my way to a cinema that has a sushi train next to it to get sushi in a plastic container to eat awkwardly out the front of cold rock and time zone.

Supposed to be a dine in restaurant. If thats the your business model, then thats the service your customer's can expect to receive if the business is advertised to be operating.

Can recommend both Chinese Restaurants on the same promenade. These have Great food and much better service seemingly even seek for their customers to have a good experience. Unlike Sushi Musa...

What a bunch muppets, will never return and recommend that you...
