This is they worst restaurant and food experience I have ever had. Right from the start, staff was clueless. Once I was seated, no one ever bothered to come back to offer me water/any beverages. I had to flag the waitress down just to ask for a ramekin to pour my soy sauce in as there were none at my table. I then also had to ask for a menu as there were none at the table, and then she proceeded to instantly wait to take my order without even giving me the chance to open the menu. I tried to order several different items but she kept saying not available. Finally when I found something that was available, I ordered it, which btw there was only a photo of the item and no description what so ever. When it arrived there was a mountain of fish eggs on top which was not included in the photo on the menu. I asked if I can have another made without fish eggs and both chefs behind the counter gained up on me. They both raised their voices at me saying that it comes with it despite it not being showed on the photo, and the reason I cant see it on the menu is bc in the picture the fish eggs are in the roll instead of on top? They literally caused a scene in front of numerous people sitting around. The only thing I said back (which was only twice), was asking if it's okay to make a new one without the fish eggs and I didn't know it came with it as it is not pictured. After giving me so much attitude and embarrassing me in front of everyone, I finally just said to forget about it and I will just leave. What a horrible experience. Not to mention the one plate of sushi I did have was disgusting. It had looked like they have never made sushi before in their lives. The rice was falling apart, you couldn't even pick it up. All the rolls on the train looked awful. The avocado was brown and looked like it was a week old, the fish did not look fresh what so ever. I have no idea how this place is still in business. Doesn't even...
Read moreHave tried this restaurant a couple of times and was alright (can make do only, since there aren't many choices around) and thought to give it a go again. But to my disappointment service was mediocre, sushi tasted like it was made a while ago and sat on train for a while . The sushi options on the train didn't look appetitzing as rice seems to be falling apart. And the same sushi was on the train over and over again throughout our dining period. Lastly we ordered Vegetable tempura and Crab Claw, mind you both these orders are supposed to be deep fried, vegetable tempura was served first, to my surprise it tasted very cold to the extend that you can actually taste the oil too (extremely off putting). next served was the fried crab claw, the outer was crumbed and tasted hot, but when we bite deeper into the claw, the Inside/core was still cold and frozen (clearly proves that this is a frozen bought meat and just gotta deep fry them, and bcoz it's frozen and the oil was hot , only outside was cooked but not right throw it) .This clearly shows the lack of professionalism of the one cooking with no experience whatsoever and not forgetting that it could cause food poisoning.
Overall totally disappointed and disgusted and will not...
Read moreDisappointing. If you want to sit down to a sushi train before a late movie, sorry to say to are very much out of luck here.
Advertising open until 9pm on google.
Arrived at 7:50 expecting to grab a stack of plates to kill some time ahead of a 9:30pm screening.
Staff were rude as and told me I could only get takeaway. When asked what time dine in customers were allowed was told 8pm... looking at my watch it was not yet 8pm. Still wouldnt let me sit down.
Misleading trading hours.
Absolutely disgraceful.
Avoid.
Sorry, didnt drive out of my way to a cinema that has a sushi train next to it to get sushi in a plastic container to eat awkwardly out the front of cold rock and time zone.
Supposed to be a dine in restaurant. If thats the your business model, then thats the service your customer's can expect to receive if the business is advertised to be operating.
Can recommend both Chinese Restaurants on the same promenade. These have Great food and much better service seemingly even seek for their customers to have a good experience. Unlike Sushi Musa...
What a bunch muppets, will never return and recommend that you...
