The Premier Hotel — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

I got lasagne for kids ordered 2 was served adult sized meals within that tony told us we were to pay the difference so he sent one off hes girls across to our work to collect the extra 16 dollars for there mistake the lasagne was dry as anything with a few soggy chips on the side not even a salad on the plate either n has charged us 20 each we got 2 .... when we rang back up to let them know it was dry we got told they dbt think thet want to service us anymore we have been regular customers for years now n i can honestly say after being treated like this off tony for being a good loyal customer of the premier hotel is wrong n ot acceptable ..... so dont worry tony u will never being getting our money for ur overpriced dryed out lasagne n ur customer service ia disgusting .... u lost ur buisness alot of ppl who eat there regularly as not 1 of us girls will be coming back thanks mate have a merry chrissy wont ..... nice christmas spirit u have for ur customers hope u dont treat your other customers as poorly as this it would be a shame...

What the pictures show vs what i saw is questionable. We arrived in the afternoon. First impressions was, "oh?"... Room was smaller than i thought. Paint peeling on the wall. not much room around our king bed to walk, but okay. At least we had our own shower and a bath. Considering other hotels i've stayed at, shared kitchen is not for me. No hair dryer in the room. Just one hand and one bath towel for both, one soap, one body wash and shampoo. No conditioner. Maybe i've been previously spoiled for choice. Maybe it's the peeling paint and old carpets. Maybe it's the bedside drawers with mild graffiti inside. Maybe it's the stairs instead of a lift. And a random door that leads to attic where they store more linen but also a leak in the roof with a bucket underneath? In the morning i found cockroaches walking around in our room. Calling it a hotel is not my description of a hotel. I...

The venue was quite run down, and messy inside, especially on the tables which sat for ages before being cleaned. There were lots of people, which meant that we had to wait over an hour for our food (which we are generally OK with, but this was longer than they had told us to expect). They had run out of some of the basics like kids chicken nuggets, which was hard to understand, that kind of thing should have a big stock in the freezer. When the meals did come, they were presented well, but they all had something missing on them - it very much presented itself like "we're busy, we'll give them 90% and that's close enough" - ie bruschetta was missing the feta cheese (which they supplied when we queried it), beef burger was missing the beetroot, missing sauces on the kids meals, etc. Simply not good enough - we...
