Worst customer service !!! I gave 3 stars at first when i had their pav bhaji as the lady there is very rude as she doesn’t know how to behave with customers … I ordered a pav bhaji online and asked them how long will that take they said 10-15 mins but when i reached there it was not ready but its ok i waited for 10 mins.. after that i got my food but the attitude of that was very bad and she was very rude but i still ignored it and came back home.. the taste of pav bhaji was not even that good so i gave a 3 star rating to the restaurant…But I believe in second chance so i thought i am gonna try a paneer kathi roll but when i called and ordered my food that lady asked me for my name and after knowing my name she said why i gave them a 3 star rating very rudely.. i couldn’t remember and i said I didn’t gave you any rating but she kept asking and she was very mad at me for that so i said ok even if i gave you that rating are you not gonna give me food and she again said but why you gave me 3 stars so i said maybe bcz i didn’t like your food in reply she said maybe you will not like this food so we are not gonna take your order!!!! I think its my right to give you rating as i have spent my money ..Maybe improve your food quality and customer service insted of fighting with customers who give you a low rating You just lost a customer...
Read moreWe came in on a cold Monday afternoon and had a delicious lunch (nice and warm in the restaurant).
The staff, I think the husband and wife owners, were really nice and talked us through the menu.
I’m certainly no expert on what’s “authentic” Indo-Pak cuisine, but to me it seemed the menu had some nice more authentic options as well as some dishes to appeal to western palates. We got a mix of both, and weren’t disappointed.
I’d recommend getting any of the Kathi roll/wraps, we got the chicken tikka one and it was good - juicy chicken in a crispy, fluffy roti. The gobi paratha was delicious as well, the sauce was great. We also got the cheese Pav bhaji, that was very good with a nice mix of different sauces and lovely soft rolls to dip into them.
Overall reasonably priced, tasty, authentic, we’ll be...
Read moreTo sum in two words - very disappointing. We ordered a chicken tikka roll, paneer kathi roll and daal baati churma. The rolls were small and hardly had any filling (as you can see in the photos) - not worth the $10.95 paid each. The chicken tikka roll just had three pieces of chicken and a slice of onion in it. Also, the rolls were laden with mayo, which is not authentic. I ordered the daal bati churma, which I had eaten previously in Rajasthan. The bati was pre-fried and heated in the microwave and served, which was disappointing. There were no plates provided for the rolls.
If the food is good, the price does not matter. But when the food is not up to the mark, it really pinches...
