Great and knowledgeable staff, good range of different tastes on the menu. I have been a member for five years and usually go at least once a week and have now been through most of the menu. My big issue is with the bistro. Their understanding of "How to cook my meat" and how vegetables and chips need to be served. Firstly, chips: Chips come with many of the menu options and I estimate you have a one in five chance of getting chips as they were intended .. ie hot This is, in my experience, a much deglected aspect of so many of the meals that the Bistro serves. Is it really so hard to not let the chips be served cold or warm, or worse, mixed heat. Veggies .. often an extra but comes with some options: Previously all the veggies seemed to limp away in the bay Marie and were, almost always, soggy and unappealing. I have recently tried the veggies again and I found them crisp and crunchy and very acceptable. Keep this up. Now to the "How to cook my meat": I learnt very early in my membership to always order "Well Done" despite previously being a "medium" ordered elsewhere. Over a year, the porterhouse steaks were some of the best ever and always cooked to my medium. The chips sometimes detracted from this pleasure, even then. Then, not only did the quality of the steaks deteriorate, but the chef "went French" and, even if the customer ordered well done they came out maximum medium rare. Back to just ordering just chips, or salad, or trying the (still disappointing) veggies until recently I tried "Steak Night" and went with a, then, friend who usually orders a medium/medium rare. I ordered the Steak Night steaks .. a 200 (250?) Gm and a 300/350gm .. both Well Done. Yes, cold chips and my (200/250gm) steak was just right. Unfortunately, my friends thicker well done steak with cold chips was so raw he could not eat it. I asked the waiter to show the chef the well done steak. I later saw him and asked if he had shown the chef. He said the chef will cook it more next time. Since then, I have once more tried a steak night 200/250gm steak ordered Well Done, thinking that it's thinner than a big steak and it was great last time. I would classify my Steak as rare/medium. Almost on the point of dripping blood and with the cold chips. I am a fussy eater and am probably over critical for many of the diners who eat at this great club who would be very happy with the food. The main thing is the lack of understanding about how meat should be cooked to an...

From the moment I stepped into the Cas Club, I knew I was in for a memorable culinary experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, setting the perfect stage for an unforgettable Friday lunch that would surely fuel my weekend escapades.
The star of the show was, without a doubt, the Chicken Malibu Schnitzel. This remarkable dish truly exceeded my expectations, leaving me in awe with its tender, juicy, and generously-sized chicken schnitzel. Each bite was a mouthwatering delight that transported me to a world of unparalleled culinary craftsmanship.
The pineapple topping was undeniably fresh, bursting with vibrant flavours that complemented the schnitzel to perfection. This exquisite fruit elevated the dish to a whole new level, turning it into a tantalizing tropical adventure for my taste buds.
The crowning glory, however, was the maple bacon that lovingly embraced the entire creation. The sweet, smoky notes perfectly harmonized with the other ingredients, culminating in a symphony of flavours that lingered long after the last bite.
As I enjoyed my heavenly meal, I couldn't help but notice the other patrons at Cas Club. All of them appeared to be well over the age of 100, yet brimming with vitality and enthusiasm. I can only assume that the secret to their longevity is the exceptional cuisine that Cas Club has to offer. After all, who wouldn't want to live a long and healthy life with such delectable dishes at their fingertips?
To sum up my experience, the Chicken Malibu Schnitzel at Cas Club is nothing short of a gastronomic masterpiece. The delightful combination of tender chicken, fresh pineapple, and mouthwatering maple bacon made for a truly unforgettable end to my week. If you're in search of a meal that will leave you energized and ready for Friday night shenanigans, look no further than Cas Club. Located between Casuarina Square and The Village Shopping Centre at Casuarina. They have semi-secured and shaded parking with easy access to wheelchairs, and buses pull up nearby averting the need to drive if you want to make a day of it.
Met a couple of mates there on Sunday 29 May 2022 after we'd been to the BCC Cinema within walking distance nearby.
Got there about 1 pm and pulled up stumps about 4 pm after a day of good company, intelligent conversation, mouth watering food, cold beer and a nice drop of red wine all marinated in a fun and humour.
A good family venue they'e got something for everyone. Great decour with main bar, dining room, beer garden and big screen TVs with a variety of sports and music channels; an entertainment room for the kids that close enough to keep an eye on the little ones while allowing the adults relax; and they've got pool tables, a large poker machine room and a serious TAB.
Good menu and reasonably priced meals and drinks including a variety of daily specials. We all went the roast pork with crackling and steamed vegetables; ooh, my mouth's watering just thinking of it. Absolutely delicious 😋
Staff were prompt and friendly too and despite there being a lot of people, it didn't feel crowded and you didn't have to wait long for service.
In summary, the place has a good feel - it's clean, spacious and well lit, reasonably priced with good service and lots of variety in food, drink and entertainment.
I'll definitely being going back to Casuarina All Sports Club for the Sunday...
