Domino's Pizza Casuarina — Restaurant in Northern Territory

Very poor experience. I had to wait several minutes before any of the 6 people running around behind the counter even acknowledged me. I was then in the process of being served when another customer had an issue with his order, so the girl serving me just dumped me halfway through the transaction and went off to help old mate! When she came back, she was still distracted and half listening to what was happening with old mate at the other counter - finished my order but gave me the wrong change. My order was as simple as could be - three Value Pizzas - when I came back 15 minutes later, there was no record of it. I said don't worry, just give me a refund and I'll go elsewhere. Serving girl then proceeded to ignore me, call the manager over and try to troubleshoot what had gone wrong with the order (apparently it definitely was not her fault)! Meanwhile, I had to ask twice more for a refund before she finally gave me the money, and she still didn't apologise for stuffing up! While all this was going on, young lad behind the counter propped up the wall listening to my refund dramas instead of serving other customers who had come in behind me. Just no customer service, and clearly very poor implementation of the systems that should make Dominoes pretty fail-safe, being a franchise and all. DO NOT GO TO CASUARINA DOMINOES. Drive the extra few kms to Karama - that shop has become legendary over the past year (new management?) - they have very efficient staff, never stuff up an order and know the true meaning of...

Terrible experience. Tried twice whilst on holidays. Staff on the counter are to young, they had no idea and messed my order up when I placed it both times, asked to speak to the manager and got hung up on 4 times and told to call another store twice, delivery drivers barely spoke English. First order of 3 pizzas couldn't even be eatten, requested a refund and still waiting for it. Second order was for pick up. Ordered ahead, it took me 15mins to get to the store, I was told to wait another 10mins, then I was told they had actually forgot to cook my order and to wait another 15 to 20mins. Can you believe this............My order was delivered by a kid on a pushbike, I kid you not. Poor little guy had no idea what he was doing either, as I had to give him instructions on how to get to my place 3 times when he rang, but at least he had the brains to call when he couldn't find me. Order was wrong too. And to top it all off, when my incorrect order finally did arrive it was stone cold. After reading a lot of the more recent reviews, it really is a shame that this store has gone so far downhill so quickly, because I've only ever had 1 badly put together pizza in over 10 years ordering from there.
