Outback Bakery — Restaurant in Northern Territory

I usually make a purchase at least twice a week. Today however I was very disappointed with the Ham and Salad Roll. Usually there stuffed with salad vegetables and are totally yummy but today it seemed that someone else had made them even wrapped differently, It seemed the roll maker was put on a budget. The rolls were just very average and boring. I hope the new owners are as dedicated as the previous owners. Please make the rolls as they where before.

No service with a smile here, actually just no service at all. I was the only customer in the shop & the young male shop assistant stood at the counter facing me, didn’t acknowledge me at all & didn’t ask what I wanted even though I was looking directly at him. Eventually I had to ask him for what I wanted. Bought 6 items & no offer of a bag, again I had to wait & get his attention to ask for a carry bag. I like the products & patronise this bakery often but feel there’s no excuse for poor service & will consider going elsewhere...

After being recommended to this bakery for their great pies , the chunky steak in particular, I was disappointed at 11.30AM they had no chunky steak pies left . We decided on the mushy peas pie ,the pie had plenty of peas but the pie itself had very little flavour , in my opinion it was quite bland. But don't just take my opinion,do try them for yourself .
