Penzo's Pizza & Gelato Bar — Restaurant in Nowra

Hi ordered my meal just after 6pm, still hadn’t received it till after 8:10pm, even though I received a message to say it had arrived , not delivered as the girl over the phone had explained that when the meal leaves the restaurant is considered as being delivered , however when the message I get says it had arrived at 736pm and I can’t even see where my delivery is??? There is something wrong with the words that are being used here to communicate .1 why does it take over 2 hours to get the meal?? 2. Why say it has arrived when it is still getting delivered? Seriously this is really wrong 3. Got the food and both the garlic bread and pizza tasted like it had been sweating in the Al foil and box for ages. It was cold and tasteless Come on Penzo’s, the delivery service is really bad, and it isn’t the first time I have experienced such a delay in receiving our orders , something has to change. I’m sure I am not the only one . Not the deliverers fault, it starts at the restaurant . I keep hoping the food/ delivery would change from the last time, it just keeps getting...

I paid $62.50 for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread - an Italiano and a Mexicana. I ordered the pizzas as takeaway and both the pizzas were over burnt. I asked them to add chicken to the Mexicana pizza but the chicken was dry AF and seemed as they used the chicken that was sitting in their place for two decades. I did not check the pizzas when they handed them to me but when we reached home and checked it was an utter disappointment. I had to feed my family the over burnt pizzas and I will never recommend this place to anyone. $62.50 is a lot of money for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread. Save yourselves the money. You can probably feed a home cooked meal to your family for a week. An utter disappointment this...
