One word … WOW! I’ve had plenty of cafe experiences world wide, but never one as exceptional as this one! The girls could not have been better, world class service. I was having a hard time in my life and the vibes, music and banter that was provided on a Monday morning changed my whole day. And don’t even get me started on the coffee and food, now I like an extra strong, extra hot soy flat white and as we all know that means one thing - lumps! But not here , not at white Hart, as smooth as a freshly milked cow! And the chicken and avo, easily the best sandwich I’ve ever dabbled with! 100% will be back with all the fam and friends. Sadly no filter coffee at 12:30pm on a Saturday. Had difficulty with the explanation given…”I can’t make it” confused if they’d run out of filter beans, ir didn’t have the equipment? A slightly more informative response would’ve been useful. Despite the reviews, I did not find the customer service very friendly, maybe the owner was having a difficult day, we were greeted with her questioning staff over cleaning cloth placement. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best cafe and coffee on the Bellarine. This is no mistake either, the team at White Heart shares a special bond with each other and their customers and this is what makes this hidden-gem so special. Feeling proud to call this my local. There is no other place i like to start my morning with 1, 2.... (ok 3) coffees....
